Mutant TP53 has been demonstrated to be a promising biomarker as it is the most frequently mutated gene in human cancer. However, quantifying mutation presents two unique challenges: broad concentration range and ultralow abundance. This study reports on development of an ultrasensitive highly-selective electrochemical biosensor for rapid detection blood. analysis based network gold-coated magnetic nanoparticles modified with probe DNA (DNA?[email protected]). The DNA?[email protected] can rapidly selectively detect single-base at high background wild-type Moreover, sensor dynamic 1 aM 10 nM mutant lowest detected significantly reduced response time 20 min.
